With blue tee competitions being reintroduced into both Wednesday and Saturday competitions it is a timely reminder to focus on members being aware of pace of play.
If the lowest marker in each group can you please ensure that the group’s pace of play is kept to a reasonable standard.
A good way to think of it … is a group’s position in the field is behind the group in front, not in front of the group behind!
Also with wintry conditions out on course at the moment it is vital that members are fixing pitch marks on the greens and are raking bunkers after entering and exiting them at their lowest point.
