Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Lady Members of the Curewlis Golf Club Inc will be held at the Clubhouse on:

Thursday 15th November, 2018 at 2:00pm

The ordinary business of the meeting will be:

1. Open the Meeting.
2. Confirm the Minutes of the preceding Annual General Meeting.
3. Receive the Annual Reports and other Reports ending October 2018.
4. Elect the Committee for 2019.
5. Close the Annual General Meeting.
6. Open General Meeting of Members to transact any other Business.
7. Close General Meeting of Members.

Election: Ladies Sub Committee 2019

Lady members are advised that in accordance with the Club Rules, the following six (6) positions fall vacant at the time of the Ladies’ AGM on Thursday 15th November 2018.

  • Lady President
  • Lady Captain
  • Lady Secretary
  • 3 x Committee Members

Members are advised that the following Committee Members will complete their term of office:

  • Georgie Sanders, Lady President
  • Wendy Tottenham, Lady Captain
  • Denise Kelly, Secretary
  • Alyson Slimmon, Committee Member
  • Sue O’Brien, Committee Member
  • Barb Sims, Committee Member

Lady Members are advised:

  • Nomination forms are available on the Notice Board in the Ladies Locker Room.
  • Nominations will close at 5pm on Thursday 25th October 2018.
  • Completed Nomination Forms to be posted on the Notice Board in the Ladies Locker Room.
